Yesterday I made a big batch of roasted red pepper and tomato soup. Since we had an ice storm move in it was perfect weather food. I made up some grilled cheese sandwiches and chopped some pepperoni to top the soup with. I froze about 2 quarts, one for the wacko egg-donor and one for us. I thought it was quite yummy.
Today its steak and bean soup for freezing and for dinner keil basa, red taters and green beans in the crock pot. Cold weather just makes me want to cook.
