Contractor contractions.

Yesterday I handed over a deposit to a contractor for the work next door. This guy was the only guy that didn't make it abundantly clear he was on crack when he gave me the estimate. I just hope and pray he works out. The estimate was reasonable, he was personable and professional and didn't smell like B.O. We NEED to get this house on the market and sold- fast. The albatross is getting heavy. Ok, done worrying/complaining/obsessing.
